Chef Stephen Gomes and the team would like to welcome you to Meluha; literally translated as “The abode above” Meluha represents a journey through the senses.
Our menu is a balance of experimentation and authenticity. Dishes have been sourced and perfected during Chef Stephens travels throughout the sub-continent and re-invented with molecular cooking techniques, nicknamed “The Science of Spice” every course will delight and surprise.
Enjoy the relaxed setting of the a la carte and lunch dining area within the beautiful setting of our park street building. For the adventurous place your faith in the chefs gourmet taster menus, a “blind” serving spanning several courses full of fizz and bubbles!
At Meluha we also offer a chefs table experience every Sunday, with wine matching by our sommelier. Prepared and served in front of our guests this is a very visual experience, with regular guest chef appearances.
Finally for an event or special occasion we can offer group bookings within our gallery room, a lovely setting with canvases from our resident artist and a specialized 3, 4 or 5 course taster menu. Vegetarian and gluten free options available.
